RAMANCHIRA TEMPLE

The shrines of Dharma Shasta and Bhadrakali are located at the Ramanchira temple, a subsidiary temple right next to the Saraswati temple. Centuries ago, there was a temple pond named Ramanchira and a temple next to it. It was located somewhere where the present airport is located. Centuries ago, this temple got destroyed and the pond was filled with mud. And it was only centuries later that the remains of the Ramanchira pond were found, along with the figures of Bhadrakali and Dharma Shasta. Later, the Ramanchira Temple was built and both deities were enshrined in the temple.
